The questionnaire
Answers stay in the page’s memory until you download them. The preview does not submit them to Kubikila and does not register your interest. Closing or reloading the page clears unsaved answers. A downloaded response remains on your device until you delete it.

What we collect and why
We collect company and contact details, business country and type, sector, approximate transaction frequency, pilot interest and optional answers about current payment processes. We use them to evaluate the product. We contact you for interviews or demonstrations only if you select the separate optional contact checkbox. We do not ask for bank credentials, payment instructions, identity documents or transaction files.
Legal basis and your choice
Research participation is based on your consent to this research. Interview or demonstration contact requires the separate optional choice on the form. You may withdraw at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Participation is optional and does not create a payment-service contract.
Recipients, retention and rights
Authorised research personnel and our hosting processor, Cloudflare, may process responses. We do not publish individual responses. Responses expire after 180 days and are removed during subsequent site activity. A separate agreement is needed for any ongoing pilot. Contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or, where applicable, portability, or to withdraw consent. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and anti-spam verification. For information about processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards, contact the data controller identified above.
Anti-spam verification
The live form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Technical request and browser signals may be processed for that check. No marketing consent is inferred from research participation.
The interactive prototype
The demo stores fictitious cases and workflow changes in your browser’s local storage so you can continue after a reload. Use “Reset demo data” or clear site data to remove changes. The demo persona selector is not authentication. Do not enter real personal, commercial or financial data. No live KYB, AML, sanctions or payment provider is connected.
Language preference
The site opens in English by default. Choosing Portuguese or English saves that preference in your browser so the root address can use it on your next visit. Direct /pt/ and /en/ links always open their selected language.
Technical requests
Opening this website sends ordinary connection data to the hosting service, which may maintain operational and security logs. The site does not add advertising or marketing analytics.
